The challenge

Excessive floor vibration forced the client to slow its stamping machines to minimise rejected products, directly limiting production output.

The solution

URETEK Vietnam injected expanding Rigid Ground resin through small planned holes to fill voids beneath the slab and restore positive floor support. Supplemental injections fine-tuned the result.

The outcome

Production continued throughout the application period. After treatment, the stamping machines returned to full production speed and the completed work successfully met the client’s expectations.

0.002gThe final rectification report recorded this post-treatment floor-vibration level at machine 18 while the remaining machines were shut down—roughly comparable to the faint vibration of a passenger car passing at 60 km/h.*

How targeted injection restored slab support
